MORNING REP

About

Drew Fopeano

Drew has spent eight years in sports technology at KINEXON Sports, where he was the first U.S. sales hire and helped grow the business from 6 clients to more than 500 across the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, and NCAA. The work put him in weight rooms and performance departments across professional and collegiate sport, and close to the tools coaches actually use.

He played Division I baseball at High Point University, where he earned a B.S.B.A. in business administration.

Morning Rep

Every industry has a news source. Strength and conditioning didn't. There was no single place to find out what was happening in the field.

Morning Rep started at the end of 2025 to fill that gap, and now goes out every morning to more than 3,200 strength and conditioning coaches. It's free.

The AI Playbook

AI is at the forefront of nearly every industry. In strength and conditioning, few are talking about it and fewer are teaching it.

The AI Playbook launched in early 2026 to fill that gap. Drew has written and published on applying AI to coaching work ever since.

Scope

This course teaches strength and conditioning coaches how to apply AI to the work that fills their week - documentation, communication, reporting, and athlete data handling.
